What Channel Is National Geographic On Comcast?

Finding the National Geographic Chanel on Comcast can sometimes feel like trying to find the elusive Pangolin in Saharan Africa.

The National Geo Channel On Comcast (WA/OR/UT)

To watch National Geographic on Xfinity in Washington and Oregon, go to Channel 273.  For Nat Geo Wild, the right channel to watch in those states is Channel 159.

In addition to Channel 273, you can also watch Nat Geo on Channel 673 in Washington and 773 in Oregon.

Those wanting to watch National Geographic Wild can watch on Channel 666 in Washington and 774 in Oregon.

Lord and behold, the right channel number to watch the National Geographic Channel on Comcast in Utah is also 273.

There’s also options to watch on Channel 660 and Salt Lake City and Provo and on Channel 1473 in Salt Lake City only.

The Nat Geo Wild in UT is the same as in WA and OR – Channel 159.  You can also watch on Channel 764 in both major cities in Utah and on Channel 1472 in Salt Lake City.

Florida & California Xfinity National Geographic Channels

109 and 413 are the right channels to watch Nat Geo for Comcast customers in Florida.  If you want to watch National Geographic Wild in Florida, you can do so on Channel 108.

Besides 108, you can also go to Channel 408 in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, 389 in Tallahassee and Orlando, and 385 in Jacksonville.

It’s also not that difficult to find the right channel for Nat Geo and National Geographic Wild in California.

In CA, just go to channels 273 or 757 to start watching National Geographic.  Nat Geo Wild is on channels 159 and 806 in the state.

East Coast Comcast National Geographic Channels

On much of the East Coast, you can watch National Geographic on Channel 109 and National Geographic Wild on Channel 108.

This is for the cities of Fort Wayne, Detroit, DC, and Baltimore.

Besides 109, Nat Geo is available on Channel 1261 in Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, and Detroit and on Channel 871 in Washington DC and Baltimore.

Additional channels for Nat geo wild include 1262 in Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, and Detroit and 914 in Baltimore and DC.

Where Else Can You Watch Nat Geo

There’s a couple of big cities where Comcast is the biggest cable provider and where you can watch Nat Geo but where the channel numbers don’t share a lot of similarities with the rest of the state.
