How much does it cost?

Our fee is 25% of the savings of the first year.
The negotiation is free if you don’t save

What happens if I don’t save money?

If you don’t save money, the negotiation is free and you won’t be charged anything.

When do I have to pay?

You’re scheduled to be charged for the fee two days after we send you an email/text receipt.

If our fee is too much at that time, we’re happy to move or split the payments for no extra charge.

What happens if my savings are not applied?

If your savings haven’t been applied and you’ve been charged already, you will be refunded.

If you haven’t, we won’t charge you. We will need to confirm that the savings has not been applied before issuing a refund.

Can I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account with us at any time.

However, if we’ve negotiated your account and saved you money before your cancellation request, you’ll still have an outstanding balance with us.
