Where Can You Watch The TBS Channel on Directv

You can watch TBS on Channel 247 if you have Directv.

It’s close to its sister channels TNT and truTV.  Those channels are on 245 and 246 on DIRECTV.

TBS has a mix of sports, original content, and syndicated content.

On the sports side, TBS airs select baseball games, especially in the postseason and AEW wrestling.

The most notable is the MLB Division series which will air from October 7^th to October 14^th.  It’s going to feature the LA Dodgers and the Atlanta Braves.

Some of the top original content on TBS includes Conan, Miracle Workers, and Wipeout.

TBS’ current syndicated content library includes the Big Bang Theory, Friends, Modern Family, and Young Sheldon.

Current TBS Schedule

Most of the time, syndicated content will air on TBS.

Currently, they’re running Modern Family, the Big Bang Theory, and Young Sheldon.  They’ll air full seasons of these shows back to back.

Prime time usually starts at 8 p.m. with a movie or baseball or wrestling show if it’s that time of year.

Because baseball games start at different times, sometimes games will start as early as 3:30 Eastern time.

TBS has great movies like Batman, Grownups, and Dune.  By our count, they have about 40 movies and they share this library with their sister channel TNT.

If you ever want to watch movies in their library, you can do so on the TBS website/app.

Other Ways To Watch TBS

There are a couple more options besides Channel 247 to watch TBS on DirecTV.

One is to watch on Directv Stream.  The other is to watch on the TBS site itself.
