On Spectrum, the ABC channel is on different locations and even different station branding depending on the city you live in.

We did some research and some digging, and we came up with the list of channels ABC is on for the biggest cities Spectrum operates in.

ABC On Spectrum In California

In California, ABC is on channel 7 in Los Angeles, Anaheim, and Long Beach for Spectrum subscribers.

It’s on Channel 8 in Bakersfield and Reno and on 10 for San Diego.

While ABC is mostly on lower-numbered channels because it’s a broadcast channel, a duplicate version of ABC is on 1200 for Los Angeles and San Diego.

This duplicate channel is on 707 for Long Beach and 271 for Bakersfield.

Spectrum ABC Channel in Texas

The ABC channel for Spectrum subscribers is on all different channels for cities in Texas.

It’s on the following channels:

Corpus Christi: 5, 1209
San Antonio: 13, 1200
Austin: 3, 1209
El Paso: 6, 1200
Dallas: 8, 788

The ABC channel in Dallas is a special super station called WFAA.  It has more local programming compared to other cities in the area.

Where To Watch in New York and North Carolina

You can watch ABC on Spectrum on channel 1200 for the New York area.

The regular stations for ABC are channel 7 for the New York/Manhattan and Buffalo areas and 10 for Albany.

For North Carolina, go to channel 1200 to watch ABC on Spectrum.

ABC is also on channel 4 for the Charlotte area, 6 for Durham, and 9 for Raleigh.

ABC Channel Spectrum (AL, KY)

You can watch ABC on Spectrum in Birmingham on channels 33 and 1033.  For Montgomery, go to 4 or 704.

In Kentucky, there’s only one channel for ABC.

It’s channel 10 for Lexington and channel 4 for Louisville.

Other Places To Watch

For Kansas City and Milwaukee, surf to channel 12 to watch the ABC channel on Spectrum.

ABC in Kansas City is a superstation called KMBC that has notable local programming.

In Ohio, ABC is on a bunch of random stations.  Take a look at the full list below.

Columbus: 6
Cincinnati: 9, 1009
Cleveland: 5, 1005

In Columbus, the ABC affiliate is WSYX while in Cincinnati it’s WCPO. 

These are historical strong local programming stations that have special content that is different from the other ABC channels in the country.
