How To Login Into Your Spectrum Account

Spectrum Internet Login
You can log in to your Spectrum account at https://www.spectrum.net/
Click the Sign In button at the top right.
Put in your Username and Password.
Most of the time your username is something you set up when you first set up your account.
However, it can sometimes be set as your email or phone number.
Once you’re logged in, you’ll be dropped into the Account Summary section and from there you can navigate to the billing and services section.
How To Create Your Spectrum Account
If you haven’t created your username, you can click the create a username button to set one up.
To create an account, you can either provide the phone number or email address associated with your account or your account info.
You can get the account info you need on the first page of your statement.
Please note you can’t lower or cancel your Spectrum account online. You’ll need to call or chat with customer support.
Forgot Spectrum Password Fixes
If you don’t remember your username or password, you can click Forgot Username and password and get the info you need to log in.
They give 3 options to get the info you need
- Provide your username and zip code
- Give your phone number or email address associated with your account
- Provide your account number or security code.
Once you’re able to provide the required info, you have the option to receive a text, email, or call to reset your password.
Your password needs to be between 8-20 characters and will include a number and a lowercase letter.
Spectrum is gentle with its logins. They don’t typically ask you for a two-factor authentication code or lock your account if you have to make a couple of attempts to remember what your username and password are.
Spectrum Account And Billing Summary
You’ll be dropped into the account summary section once you’ve logged into your account.
There you can go to billing and make a payment and review your services.
On the billing tab, you can find your statements from previous months, account activity, and payment methods.
In your account activity, you can see the list of your calls if you have fixed or mobile phone service with Spectrum.
For payment methods, you can switch or delete what payment method you have on file with Spectrum.
Spectrum Services section
The Spectrum services level will display the status of your various services: phone, internet, tv.
If you have access to the internet, you should check here first to see if the problem with your service is on Spectrum’s end or if the issue is being caused by your equipment.
Spectrum helpfully gives you the option to upgrade the service via the website but there’s no way to downgrade your service.
To do that, you’ll need to call or chat with a customer support representative which is annoying.
Spectrum Chat with Us
Once you’re logged in, you’ll have the option to chat with Spectrum.
At first, Spectrum will try to answer your question with a bunch of customer support articles but if you type and ask to speak to a representative enough times, someone will come and help you.
Spectrum TV Login
You can login into Spectrum TV at https://watch.spectrum.net/livetv
Logging into Spectrum TV is the same as logging into your Spectrum account.
In fact, you can access Spectrum TV from your Spectrum Account summary tab.
If you’re not connected to your home wifi network, your Spectrum TV features will be limited.
You won’t be able to watch most TV shows live but there’s fewer options to skip between sections in saved shows.

Spectrum Business Login
You can log into your Spectrum Business account at https://www.spectrumbusiness.net/
Click sign in and put in your username and password.
You can also log into your Spectrum Business account from the regular Spectrum site. They’ll just redirect you to your Spectrum Business account.
